for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of the information provided in the application and in order to prevent fraud or
abuse, by Fundi and/or Fundi’s Affiliates, customer and/or client to the full extent permitted by law. Such a background check may include,
but shall not be limited to, criminal record check, qualification verification and ID Check. The Learner/Student agrees not to hold Fundi
and/or its Affiliates(s), customer(s) and/or client(s) liable for any claims in connection with such checking or testing
or the reporting of the results thereof to Bursary Funders.
